This license grants limited commercial display rights for one fine art photograph by Anita Stimac. It is required if you wish to display the photograph in a commercial interior.
The Extended Commercial Display License is sold separately for each photograph. It permits the selected photograph to be displayed in one commercial interior location, such as a café, hotel, office, studio, showroom or similar business premises.
The license is non-exclusive, non-transferable and valid for one licensee and one location, as specified in the purchase record. It does not expire, provided its terms are followed.
What is included

Up to three physical prints of that photograph, for display only at the licensed location.

What is not permitted

Using the photograph in advertising, paid marketing campaigns or promotional materials, including social media ads, billboards and print ads.
Mass-producing the image or using it on merchandise or products for resale, such as posters, mugs, phone cases or calendars.
Transferring the license to another person, business or location.
Using the photograph beyond the rights stated in this license without prior written permission from Anita Stimac.
Using the photograph for AI training, machine-learning datasets or automated image generation.
Altering, modifying or creating derivative works from the photograph without prior written permission from Anita Stimac.
