This website offers fine art digital photography products and related licence products, including personal-use digital downloads and Extended Commercial Display Licences.
3. Digital downloads
When purchasing a fine art digital download, you will receive the digital file described on the product page. After successful purchase, you will receive an email with a secure link to download your file. The download link is valid for 24 hours from the first download.
4. Personal-use licence
Unless otherwise stated, digital photograph purchases are licensed for personal use only.
You may:
Print the photograph for your home.
Gift prints to friends or family.
Display the image on your own personal digital devices.
You may not:
Use the file for commercial purposes.
Resell, redistribute, or share the digital file.
Modify the file or create derivative works without prior written consent.
Use the file in advertising, marketing, merchandise, or resale products without prior written permission.
All copyright and ownership rights remain with Anita Stimac.
5. Extended Commercial Display Licence
An Extended Commercial Display Licence may be purchased separately, together with a fine art digital download, for customers who wish to display a selected photograph in a commercial interior space such as a café, hotel, office, studio, or similar business premises.
The Extended Commercial Display Licence:
Applies to one photograph, one Licensee, and one commercial location only.
Is non-exclusive and non-transferable.
Permits up to three physical prints of the licensed photograph for display only at the licensed location.
The Extended Commercial Display Licence does not permit:
Resale, redistribution, or sharing of the digital file.
Use in advertising, paid campaigns, or promotional materials.
Merchandise, mass production, or product resale.
Transfer of the licence to another person, business, or location.
AI training, machine learning dataset use, or automated image generation.
Alteration, modification, or derivative works without prior written permission.
6. Ordering the Extended Licence
The Extended Commercial Display Licence must be purchased together with the relevant fine art digital download. When adding the licence to the cart, please enter the exact product name of the photograph being licensed in the form field provided.
7. Pricing and payment
All prices are displayed as listed on the website and are subject to change at any time before purchase. Payment must be completed in full before digital products or licence documents are delivered.
8. Refunds and cancellations
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once a digital file or licence document has been delivered or made available for download, unless otherwise required by applicable law. If you experience a technical problem with your order, please contact create@anitastimac.com.
9. Intellectual property
All photographs, text, branding, and other content on this website are the intellectual property of Anita Stimac unless otherwise stated. No rights are transferred except for the limited licence expressly granted with the relevant purchase.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anita Stimac shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of this website, the download of digital files, or the misuse of licensed content.
